Sales Manager (esoteric, tarot)

An international digital team is looking for a Sales Manager to handle warm leads in the esoteric and tarot niche. The role involves closing deals, increasing average check via upsells, and building trusting relationships with clients. Full remote, 5/2 schedule (Moscow time).

What you'll do

• Receive warm incoming leads from clients ready for dialogue (tarot readings, rituals, consultations).
• Build relationships with clients, identify their needs, and close payments.
• Increase average check size through additional services (upsells) using ready-made mechanisms.
• Handle objections and bring the deal to a successful close.

• Required experience in sales.
• Persuasion skill: ability to handle objections and conduct dialogue.
• Empathy and well-spoken language to build trust.
• Responsibility and self-organization.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in esoteric and tarot.
