Content Manager / Community Manager Telegram

We are looking for a content and community manager to run a closed Telegram community related to traffic arbitrage and affiliate marketing. We need someone who understands the market, can create engaging content and grow the community. Remote work, compensation discussed individually.
What you'll do
- Manage the Telegram channel and participate in community development.
- Find news hooks, news, cases, memes and interesting topics within the arbitrage community.
- Independently come up with content sections and formats.
- Write and design posts without corporate stiffness.
- Launch discussions, polls and activities.
- Communicate with members and understand what they are really interested in.
- Monitor what is happening in the market and other relevant communities.
- Establish a communication system within the closed chat, connect members with each other, maintain lists.
- Together with the team, come up with mechanics to grow community activity and value.
What we need
- Experience in traffic arbitrage / CPA / affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of terms: media buyers, affiliate managers, advertisers, networks, brokers, CR, ROI, cap.
- Good knowledge of Telegram.
- Ability to write well and vividly.
- Understanding of internet culture and memes.
- Experience and familiarity with the arbitrage niche.
- Initiative — no need to explain what post to make next.
- Ability to distinguish good content from AI slop.
