Team Lead of Content

We are looking for a strong Team Lead of the content department who can build effective team work, control content quality and scale processes. Fully remote work in a fast-growing team with large budgets.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers
• Monitor KPI achievement and deadlines
• Develop and implement content strategies for scheme traffic
• Generate and test new content bundles
• Analyze creative performance and scale successful solutions
• Optimize workflows and train employees

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead/Head of Content for at least 1 year
• Practical experience with the forex/binary options vertical
• Understanding of scheme traffic specifics and principles of creating converting content
• Team management and process building skills
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions
• High level of responsibility, initiative and leadership qualities
