What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of designers.
- Build production processes: quality + speed.
- Work closely with Media Buying, generate and test hypotheses.
- Analyze the effectiveness of creatives.
- Implement AI and automation.
- If necessary, get involved in design personally.
What we need
- Experience managing a design team specifically in performance — required.
- Understanding of the impact of creatives on CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Experience working with a large flow of advertising hypotheses.
- AI as a daily work tool.
- Readiness for a fast pace and constant testing.
