Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to develop hybrid infrastructure for highload iGaming platforms. Managing a team, implementing GitOps and SRE approaches.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud) for highload iGaming platforms.
• Manage a team of 3-4 engineers, providing technical leadership.
• Design architecture and implement GitOps and SRE practices.
• Support and evolve infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and other tools.

What we need

• 5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience.
• Experience managing a team of 3-7 engineers (technical leadership).
• Experience with Proxmox, KVM, baremetal, BGP, load balancing.
• Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI), Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience with VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL.
• Must be located outside Russia (remote work).
