Head of Mobile Development (PWA)

An international iGaming and affiliate marketing company is looking for a Head of Mobile Development to build a mobile game rental service from scratch. The role involves team building, technical leadership, and hands-on development. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Build the mobile game rental service development direction from scratch.
• Form and develop the team.
• Actively participate in development and technical decision-making.
• Establish processes within the team and organize effective collaboration.
• Develop development plans and define KPIs.
• Monitor achievement of goals and quality of task execution.
• Actively participate in product development during the scaling phase.

What we need

• Experience as a development lead in a similar application rental service (PWA).
• Practical experience with iOS applications or experience managing mobile development including iOS and Android.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Understanding of traffic arbitrage specifics.
• Willingness to combine management tasks with hands-on work.
• Structure, organization, and high level of responsibility.
