Motion Designer

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our affiliate team in the gambling/performance marketing vertical. The role involves creating high-converting video creatives for Facebook ads, gambling/casino/sportsbook campaigns, working with media buyers to test new approaches and scale campaigns across international GEOs.

What you'll do

• Create video creatives for Facebook Ads, gambling/casino offers, sportsbook campaigns, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Produce various types of creatives: slot, casino, sportsbook, UGC, gameplay, promo videos.
• Adapt creatives for different GEOs, offers, and platforms.
• Develop new visual concepts for gambling campaigns.
• Prepare multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and creative references.
• Collaborate with Media Buyers and Creative Strategists to identify and test new winning approaches.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer
• Confident skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
• Strong animation and video editing skills
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Good visual taste and strong understanding of digital advertising trends

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok/Facebook creatives
• Understanding of affiliate marketing workflows
• Experience using AI tools for creative production
• Experience creating UGC-style creatives
• Experience working with international GEOs
