Team Lead UBT (CS:GO)

The employer is looking for a Team Lead for UBT and paid traffic in the CS:GO niche (skins, cases). The role is to scale traffic acquisition via TikTok, YouTube and IG Reels and to build and maintain account farms. Work is remote; compensation and terms are discussed individually.

What you'll do

• Scaling UBT and paid traffic (TikTok, YouTube, IG Reels)
• Creating and maintaining account farms (setup, warm-up)
• Driving traffic in the CS:GO niche (skins, cases)

What we need

• Experience with UBT and Ads on video platforms
• Understanding of TikTok, Shorts and Reels algorithms
• Technical expertise in building account farms
• Understanding of the CS:GO audience specifics
• Successful traffic cases in the CIS
