Head of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for a stable iGaming company. The HR team already has over 60 people. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Managing the HR team.
• Developing recruitment strategy.
• Working on employer branding.
• Implementing ATS.
• Providing reporting to CHRO.

What we need

• More than 3 years of experience managing a recruitment department (30+ people).
• Experience in iGaming or High-risk market.
• Successful experience in executive search.
• Experience in implementing or developing (as client/product owner) a new ATS.
