Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

A young team is expanding its media buying direction and is looking for a Team Lead to take ownership of the team's results. The role involves managing a team of media buyers, overseeing and scaling ad campaigns, building traffic-running processes, and working with unlimited budgets and any GEOs/offers.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers: planning, control, development
• Oversee the launch and optimization of ad campaigns
• Find and scale effective traffic bundles
• Analyze team results and optimize performance metrics
• Build and improve traffic-running processes
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new buyers

What we need

• At least 3 years of media buying experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role
• Current profitable traffic-running track record
• Experience with Facebook
• Experience managing budgets from $100,000 per day
• Experience scaling campaigns
• Case studies / stats screenshots required
• Experience building a media buying team from scratch

Nice to have

• Strong Senior Media Buyers with relevant experience are also considered
