Head / Team Lead (Facebook)

The company is looking for a strong Head / Team Lead in iGaming to manage a team of media buyers, work with GEO LATAM and Tier-3, scale volumes and increase profit.

What you'll do

• Manage your own team of Media Buyers
• Scale volumes and increase team profit
• Help buyers improve results and find new growth points
• Work with creatives, offers, and purchasing strategy
• Build internal team processes and participate in direction development

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead / Head in iGaming
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads
• Practical experience with LATAM / Tier-3 GEO on PWA/iOS
• Understanding of unit economics and scaling
• Ability to build and develop teams
• Willingness to provide traffic statistics

Nice to have

• Understanding and experience with Tier-1/2 traffic
