Retention call-operator (TR)
Employer Location —Schedule 5/2, 8 hours per day
The employer (an iGaming company) is looking for a retention operator to work with a player database. The main task is making outbound calls using scripts, as well as sending emails, messages, and SMS. Turkish is required, Russian B1 is preferred. Remote work, schedule 5/2.
What you'll do
- Work with an existing player database and study player behavior to try new ways of communication
- Make outbound calls using scripts, with a strong focus on direct communication
- Send emails, messages, and SMS to clients
- Help create campaigns and bonuses
