Project Manager (iGaming)

The employer is looking for a Project Manager to join an international iGaming project. Responsibilities include managing sprints, backlog, documentation in Confluence and Jira, and coordinating between frontend, backend, QA, and design teams. The role offers remote work and direct interaction with the Product Owner.

What you'll do

• Manage sprints: preparation and facilitation of planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlog: maintain structure, prioritize with Product Owner, ensure relevance.
• Protect the active sprint from unplanned tasks: filter and route incoming requests.
• Control quality of task descriptions in Jira: descriptions, acceptance criteria, task links, epics.
• Maintain and update documentation in Confluence.
• Track task progress, identify blockers, and facilitate their resolution.
• Coordinate interaction between Front-end, Back-end, QA, and Design teams.

What we need

• Experience as Project Manager in a product IT company for 2+ years (experience in iGaming or FinTech is a plus).
• Confident Jira admin level: sprints, backlog, epics, dashboards, filters.
• Experience with Confluence: structuring documentation, using templates, keeping materials up to date.
• Understanding of development processes: sprints, grooming, planning, tech debt.
• Ability to navigate technical context: no coding required, but understanding architectural tasks is important.
• English level sufficient for reading and writing technical tasks.
