Tasks: sourcing candidates via Telegram, hh, LinkedIn, screening, organizing interviews, extending offers, maintaining candidate database. Remote work, weekly payments, fixed salary + bonuses.
What we need
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Skill in initial candidate assessment by metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management)
- Ability to handle objections and close offers

- Experience hiring in the investment niche
