Recruiter for arbitrage team (vertical - Investments)

Our team is looking for a strong recruiter in the hiring department to fill positions in the investment vertical. The specialist will ensure a steady flow of candidates.

What you'll do

• Search for candidates via Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, private chats
• Initial screening of candidates
• Organize interviews with clients, owners and team leads
• Prepare offers and support until onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and reporting on filled vacancies

What we need

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
• Skill in primary candidate evaluation based on metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management)
• Ability to handle objections and take candidates to offer

Nice to have

• Experience in niche hiring (investments/traffic arbitrage)
