P2P Agent Hunter (iGaming / FinTech)

The company is looking for a P2P Agent Hunter to find and attract P2P agents via social networks, messengers, and niche communities. The role involves managing correspondence, onboarding new agents, and maintaining the recruitment funnel.

What we need

• Experience in support, onboarding, account management, bizdev, or affiliate management with extensive client or partner communication
• Understanding of basic payment infrastructure principles and interest in the P2P model
• Skills in finding and attracting partners via online channels (social networks, messengers, communities)
• Ability to build a recruitment funnel and drive conversations to results
• English at a confident correspondence and basic call level
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections
• Independence and proactivity
• Organized and accurate work with spreadsheets or CRM
