CEO / General Director

We are looking for a CEO for an SEO company with 120+ specialists and a portfolio of own digital projects. Work in Kazakhstan, relocation, fixed + performance-based, high autonomy and direct interaction with the owner.

What you'll do

• Development strategy, P&L and unit economics
• Operational management, org structure, KPIs, management of managers and teams
• Control of SEO directions, launching new growth areas and implementing AI

What we need

• 5+ years in SEO
• Strong cases
• Experience managing a business/unit, P&L and large teams
