What we need

- Experience with budgets from $30,000/month
- Deep understanding of TikTok Ads algorithms and specifics
- Recent high-performing case studies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly find growth points
- Experience scaling profitable campaigns
- Skills in creating and adapting creatives independently
- Proficiency in video editors (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
