Head of Player Engagement / Head of CRM & VIP — Online Poker

The employer is developing an online poker product with a CIS audience and is looking for a Head of CRM & Retention to build systematic player lifecycle management — from activation and retention to VIP segment development and reactivation. The role involves managing a team, bonus budgets, and player migration to a new platform.

What you'll do

• Develop CRM strategy: onboarding, segmentation, activation, retention and reactivation
• Launch automated communications and trigger chains
• Define requirements for CRM, data, integrations and reporting together with BI and engineering
• Manage the budget for bonuses, rakeback and promo campaigns
• Develop the VIP direction: segmentation, service standards and personalized offers
• Plan player migration to the new platform and minimize churn
• Measure retention, LTV, churn and campaign effectiveness
• Manage the team, priorities and further hiring

What we need

• Hands-on CRM/retention experience in an online poker room is mandatory
• Experience building CRM processes: from segmentation to campaign launch and analysis
• Understanding of poker economics: rake, rakeback, recreational players and regulars, cash games and tournaments
• Experience with CRM tools, integrations and bonus budgets
• Team management skills and working with retention, churn and LTV metrics
