Casino Manager

An international iGaming company is looking for a Casino Manager to develop the casino direction, work with game providers, and grow the game portfolio.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with game providers and platforms.
• Manage the game portfolio, categories, and casino content.
• Launch and analyze tournaments, bonus mechanics, promotions, and Free Spins.
• Work with RTP, analyze metrics, and optimize game mechanics.
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, marketing, IT, and other teams.
• Analyze the market, new releases, and competitors.
• Participate in industry conferences and partner meetings.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming.
• Experience working with game providers and casino platforms.
• Understanding of bonus mechanics, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Experience working with CRM, analytics, and product teams.
• Proficient in Excel and project management tools.
• Experience with platforms such as SoftSwiss, BetB2B, EveryMatrix or similar.
