Customer Support Specialist (iGaming)

An international iGaming company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with players in LATAM markets. Handle inquiries via Live Chat and Email, advise on KYC, payments and bonuses, meet SLA targets, maintain knowledge base.
What we need
- At least 1 year of Customer Support experience in iGaming
- English and/or Spanish at written communication level
- Understanding of KYC processes, payment systems and bonus mechanics
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and nights

- Proficiency in CRM systems and support tools
