Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to develop new projects in an arbitrage team. Remote work, paid internship, high income.

What you'll do

• Creating and optimizing projects (from scratch / ready-made)
• Managing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, staff evaluation, etc.
• Writing and updating scripts
• Metrics analytics, finding scaling areas
• Reporting on conversions and department results

What we need

• Experience in scheme traffic in Latam/Asia - from 1 year - mandatory!
• Experience in building projects from scratch
• Understanding of the specifics of working in Latin America / Asia
• Strong analytical skills
• Independence, initiative and communication skills
