Affiliate Manager (Crypto / Arbitrage)

A fast-growing affiliate/crypto team is looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to strengthen the direction. Work in Kyiv, hybrid format.

What you'll do

• Search and onboarding of new advertisers and partners
• Building long-term and profitable relationships
• Analysis of traffic quality and key metrics
• Optimization of funnels and scaling results
• Negotiations, terms agreement, and increasing payouts
• Market and trend monitoring, finding new growth points

What we need

• Experience in affiliate crypto from 1 year
• Own base of advertisers
• Understanding of GEO Tier 1/2 and cooperation models
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• Proactivity and result orientation
