Affiliate Manager (Crypto / Traffic Arbitrage)

A fast-growing team in the affiliate/crypto space is looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to strengthen the direction. You will be responsible for finding and onboarding new advertisers, building long-term relationships, and optimizing traffic. We offer a constant flow of quality traffic (20+ GEO) and competitive compensation.

What you'll do

• Finding and onboarding new advertisers and partners
• Building long-term and profitable relationships
• Analyzing traffic quality and key metrics
• Optimizing funnels and scaling results
• Negotiating terms and increasing payouts
• Monitoring market trends and finding new growth opportunities

What we need

• Experience in affiliate crypto from 1 year
• Own base of advertisers
• Understanding of GEO Tier 1/2 and cooperation models
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
• Proactivity and result orientation
