CRM Cross-Sell Manager

We are looking for a CRM manager with deep experience in migrating player bases between our own iGaming brands via Email and SMS. Fully remote work, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Work with the player base and develop cross-sell mechanics between own brands
• Run Email and SMS campaigns: triggers, mass sends, chains, reactivation
• Conduct A/B testing of offers, bonuses, subject lines, and communication chains
• Analyze campaign results and scale effective mechanics

What we need

• 2+ years of CRM/Retention experience in iGaming
• Experience working with multiple brands and cross-sell mechanics
• Hands-on experience with Email and SMS campaigns
• Understanding of metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, FTD, Deposit, NGR, Reactivation Rate
• Ability to analyze campaign results and scale effective mechanics
• Experience with CRM/CDP platforms: Customer.io, Smartico or similar
• Understanding of deliverability, database handling rules, and communication limits
