Retention Manager

The largest poker room in the CIS and official representative of the the company network is looking for a Retention Manager to develop retention marketing and user communications. Tasks include auditing current CRM processes, building the CRM function from scratch, developing a communication strategy, creating email and push chains, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. Fully remote work with relocation opportunity to Dubai.

What we need

• Strong written and spoken English
• 3+ years of experience in CRM Marketing / Retention Marketing
• Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting or other iGaming verticals
• Basic knowledge of HTML and email design
• Experience building CRM processes and communication scenarios independently
• Deep understanding of retention mechanics and user lifecycle
• Practical experience in audience segmentation and communication personalization
• Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes
• Ability to build processes independently and take responsibility for results
