Game Designer (Slots, iGaming)

The company is looking for a Game Designer with experience in iGaming and slots to create full-cycle slot games: from concept and mechanics to development support and release. Requires understanding of slot math, experience designing mechanics (Megaways, Cluster Pays, Hold & Win, etc.) and writing GDD. Offers remote work, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to influence the product.

What we need

  • Experience developing slot games as a Game Designer for at least 2 years
  • Understanding of slot math: RTP, Volatility, Hit Frequency, Max Win, pay distribution
  • Practical experience designing game mechanics: Megaways, Cluster Pays, Hold & Win, Tumble/Cascade, Scatter Pays, Free Spins, Wild mechanics, Bonus Buy
  • Experience writing detailed game design documents (GDD)
  • Excellent understanding of the iGaming market and modern slot providers
  • Experience analyzing game metrics post-release and making data-driven changes
  • Proficiency in tools: Excel (formulas, modeling), Figma, Jira, Confluence
  • Portfolio with at least 3 released slot games
