Game Designer (Slots, iGaming)

We are looking for a Game Designer with iGaming and slots experience to create full-cycle slot games. You will develop concepts, design mechanics, work with mathematicians on RTP and volatility, and support development through release. We offer fully remote work, fixed income plus revenue share from games.

What you'll do

• Develop concepts for new slot games (not instant, crash, or other formats).
• Design game mechanics, bonus modes, and game loops.
• Create and maintain the Game Design Document (GDD).
• Work with mathematicians on RTP, volatility, hit frequency, max win, and other game parameters.
• Work closely with developers, artists, and mathematicians until game release.
• Participate in balancing game mechanics and analyze results post-launch.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience developing slot games as a Game Designer.
• Understanding of slot mathematics: RTP, Volatility, Hit Frequency, Max Win, payout distribution.
• Practical experience designing game mechanics: Megaways, Cluster Pays, Hold & Win, Tumble/Cascade, Scatter Pays, Free Spins, Wild mechanics, Bonus Buy.
• Experience writing detailed game design documents (GDD).
• Excellent understanding of the iGaming market and modern slot providers.
• Experience analyzing game metrics post-release and making data-driven changes.
• Proficiency in tools: Excel (formulas, modeling), Figma, Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to justify decisions with numbers and logic.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
• Openness to feedback.
• Self-reliance and responsibility for results.
• A portfolio with at least 3 released slot games (required for evaluation).
