Support Manager
Employer Location YerevanSchedule 5/2 fixed (morning, day, evening or night shift - choice), 8-hour shift
An iGaming company is looking for a support manager to work in the office in Yerevan. Requires experience in iGaming, excellent command of English and Russian (B2-C1), and good communication skills. Offers a fixed 5/2 schedule, compensation for sports and language learning, and growth opportunities.
What you'll do
- Providing customer support.
- Resolving technical issues of users.
- Accruing promos, working with limits, handling complaints.
What we need
- Experience in customer support or similar position is welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Russian at B2-C1 level.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Based in Yerevan.
