Head of PSP
Employer Location —
An international FinTech company (9+ years on the market) is looking for a Head of PSP. The role involves managing a team of up to 10 people, sourcing and onboarding payment providers and gateways, negotiating with banks and payment systems, and optimizing payment processes while controlling KPIs. Remote work with regular business trips; relocation to Europe is possible.
What you'll do
- Manage the PSP team (up to 10 people)

- Optimize payment processes and control KPIs
What we need
- Leadership experience in PSP / FinTech of 2+ years
- Proven ability to personally build partnerships and close deals
- English at B2 or above
