Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Growth/Performance

The company is seeking a head of performance marketing for an international arbitration company in the esoteric niche. The role involves managing Telegram Ads, seeding, and performance marketing units, developing TikTok and Reels, scaling leads, and managing budgets from $50,000 per month. Fully remote work with flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Manage Telegram Ads, seeding, and performance marketing units
• Develop TikTok, Reels and other short video formats, including AI content
• Scale lead volume and marketing results
• Build a system for finding, testing, and scaling bundles
• Manage the process of creating and testing creatives
• Develop and strengthen existing teams and team leads
• Analyze effectiveness of marketing channels and investments
• Manage marketing budgets
• Launch new markets and new traffic sources
• Build a transparent analytics and reporting system

What we need

• Experience scaling lead generation via TikTok, Reels, Telegram Ads, seeding, CPA for high-risk on international markets
• Experience managing marketing budgets from $50,000 per month
• Understanding of unit economics and key marketing metrics
• Experience building and scaling bundles
• Experience managing creative creation and testing processes

• Experience with AI content
