Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Growth / Performance

An international traffic arbitrage company (esoterica, markets: CIS, LATAM, Turkey) is looking for a head of performance. Responsibilities: managing Telegram Ads, seeding, and performance marketing; developing TikTok/Reels/short video formats (including AI content); scaling lead generation; managing creatives and funnels; analytics and reporting; launching new markets and traffic sources.

What we need

• Experience scaling lead generation via TikTok, Reels, Telegram Ads, seeding, CPA for high-risk verticals on international markets
• Experience managing marketing budgets of $50,000+ per month
• Understanding of unit economics and key marketing metrics
• Experience building and scaling funnels
• Experience managing creative production and testing processes

• Experience with AI content
