AI Manager / AI Automation Specialist

A flagship poker room focused on the Russian-speaking and CIS audience is looking for a specialist at the intersection of consulting and internal training to drive AI automation across the company. The role is closer to an AI automation consultant and internal trainer than to an engineering position: finding automation opportunities across departments, implementing tools, and training employees. The role is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Analyze workflows across different departments and identify opportunities for AI automation
• Implement AI tools and automations: no-code/low-code (Zapier, Make, n8n) and custom API integrations
• Develop training materials and run trainings/workshops for employees on working with AI
• Support and mentor employees after implementation — answer questions and walk through use cases
• Track the effectiveness of implemented automations and collect feedback from teams

What we need

• Experience implementing AI tools/automations at the level of company business processes — not just personal use of ChatGPT
• Experience training and mentoring employees: trainings, workshops, onboarding programs for new tools
• Knowledge of no-code/low-code automation tools — Zapier, Make, n8n and similar
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex things in simple language to non-technical employees
