Middle+ Back-End Developer (CCTV)

The company is building a high-load realtime iGaming product and is looking for a Backend Developer to design complex server logic, work with real-time events, and solve non-trivial engineering challenges.

What you'll do

• Design and develop the betting engine using Node.js + TypeScript + Express 5.
• Implement real-time interaction via WebSocket/Socket.IO with synchronized broadcast delay.
• Build event pipelines on Kafka/KafkaJS and analytics/anti-fraud storage on ClickHouse.
• Integrate HLS video stream parsing, computer vision service, and implement Provably Fair (commit-reveal).
• Work with PostgreSQL/Prisma, Redis, configure observability (PostHog, Pino).
• Ensure service reliability: testing, Docker, fault tolerance, and failover.

What we need

• Commercial experience in iGaming or Betting (mandatory).
• 3+ years of commercial development with Node.js + TypeScript.
• Practical experience with WebSocket/realtime and high-load services.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, understanding of transactions, idempotency, and concurrency.
• Experience with Kafka or other message brokers.
• Understanding of service reliability principles: logging, monitoring, testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases.
• Experience developing anti-fraud solutions.
• Experience with video streams (HLS/RTMP) or Computer Vision.
• Understanding of Provably Fair and cryptographic mechanisms (HMAC).
