Call Handler/Sales

Handle inbound/outbound calls in the finance vertical (forex) targeting CIS (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan). Requires experience in traffic handling and sales. Schedule 08:30-20:30 Moscow time, 3 days off per month.

What you'll do

• Handle calls (1-10 minutes)
• Record voice messages as needed
• Work from phone
• Arrange calls with clients

What we need

• Experience in a similar role and traffic handling
• Clear spoken speech
• Be available throughout the entire shift

Nice to have

• Experience in finance / forex
• Knowledge of Kazakh, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani language
• Call center experience
