Call Handler/Sales for Calls
Employer —Location CIS (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan)Comp Fixed $900 + KPI per call, weekly payments
We are looking for a Call Handler/Sales for calls in the financial vertical (forex) for the CIS region (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan). Priority is given to women, but men with language skills are also considered. Responsibilities: handling calls (1-10 minutes), recording voice messages, working with the phone, scheduling calls with clients. Requirements: experience in finance/forex, traffic processing experience, knowledge of Kazakh/Uzbek/Azerbaijani (a plus), clear speech. Schedule: 08:30-20:30 Moscow time, 3 days off per month, 30+ calls per shift. Fixed $900 + KPI per call. Weekly payments.
What we need
