Creative Designer / Performance Designer
Employer Location —Comp To be discussed with the candidate on a call
The media buying team the company is looking for a Creative Designer / Performance Designer for Nutra media buying. They need a designer who can create creatives that drive CTR and pass moderation. Fully remote, company pays for AI tool subscriptions.
What you'll do
- Creating VSL from scratch and adaptations
- Creating TSL from scratch and adaptations
- Creating static creatives
- Creating video creatives: motion, lip sync, UGC-style, subtitles, CTA
- Adapting creatives for different GEOs
- Searching for combinations and approaches in spy services
- Working with AI tools
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage
- Understanding of performance creatives
- Ability to quickly produce many variations
- Proficiency in Photoshop / Figma / AE / CapCut or equivalents
- Experience with AI: Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience in Nutra
