Team Lead of Affiliates (Facebook)

The company is looking for a Team Lead of Affiliates to manage and grow a team, focusing on Facebook/Meta traffic for an iGaming operator. The role involves leading the team, attracting key partners, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance. Required: 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming on the product side.

What you'll do

• Analyze team results, optimize processes, and develop team members' strengths.
• Train and accompany the team at all stages of work, conduct operational activities.
• Manage key partners and attract new ones, expanding the quality and volume of FB/Meta traffic.
• Develop marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and promos for the affiliate program.
• Analyze partner effectiveness, form forecasts, and plan budgets.
• Implement strategies to improve the quality and output of key partners.
• Interact with teams to optimize advertising and promo campaigns.
• Identify top partners and develop motivational programs for them.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing in iGaming on the product side
• Deep understanding of Facebook traffic (FB/Meta)
• Experience with Tier 1/2 geos
• Own active partner base
• Experience with SEO, PPC, Influence, ASO, UAC sources
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Conversational English
• Proactivity, structuredness, result orientation
