Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

The employer is looking for a strong Affiliate Manager to scale its affiliate direction in iGaming: onboarding webmasters, sourcing new partners and launching traffic across LATAM. The role involves negotiating CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals, controlling traffic quality and analyzing ROI, LTV, CR and EPC. Fully remote position.

What you'll do

• Onboarding and activating webmasters, including own database
• Sourcing new partners: traffic arbitrage teams, solo affiliates, SEO
• Launching and scaling traffic across LATAM
• Negotiating CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals and developing existing partnerships
• Controlling traffic quality and working with the anti-fraud team
• Optimizing offers, funnels and traffic sources
• Analyzing ROI, LTV, CR and EPC

What we need

• 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming / Gambling
• Experience rapidly scaling new traffic sources to volume
• Strong understanding of unit economics and traffic quality
• English at B2 or above, fluent Russian

Nice to have

• Own database of webmasters
• Strong connections with traffic arbitrage teams
• Understanding of retention / CRM
