Media Buyer / Team Lead Facebook Ads | Crypto Invest

The company is looking for strong candidates for Media Buyer (with Crypto Invest experience) and Team Lead / Senior Media Buyer positions to manage a team and scale processes. Work is remote, offering a high fixed salary + % of profit. Real experience in the Crypto Invest vertical is required.

What you'll do

• Launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns.
• Work with Crypto Invest offers on Tier 1-3 GEO.
• Search and test new combinations and hypotheses.
• Analyze campaign performance and scale profitable combinations.
• Set tasks for designers and developers.
• Manage a team of buyers, distribute workload and control KPIs (for team leads).
• Build and optimize workflows within the department (for team leads).
• Participate in strategic decisions and direction development (for team leads).

What we need

• Experience in the Crypto Invest vertical.
• Work with Facebook Ads or Google Ads (or both sources).
• Experience launching, testing and scaling advertising campaigns.
• Ability to find profitable combinations and work with large budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key metrics.
• Independence, proactivity and result orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a team of buyers (2+ people) for the Team Lead position.
• Experience building processes, setting tasks and controlling results for the Team Lead position.
• Willingness to participate in strategic planning and team development for the Team Lead position.
