Sales Manager (Polish)

We are looking for a Sales Manager with Polish language to join a team with ready traffic and stable infrastructure. Your main goal is to convert leads into first deposits (FD) and maintain a high pace of work.

What you'll do

• Process incoming leads
• Effectively bring them to the first deposit (FD)
• Build a trusting dialogue rather than mechanically following scripts
• Meet the conversion and sales volume plan

What we need

• Experience with leads for at least 6 months
• Understanding of the FD funnel and typical lead behavior
• Skill in quick lead warm-up and confident deal closing
• Stress tolerance, attentiveness, and persistence
• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Passing a polygraph test
