PSP Specialist Jr+ / Mid

Manage payment providers, monitor transactions, and improve payment processes for Oman markets. Search and connect new PSPs, agents, and local payment solutions. Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms. Support payment integrations, monitor approval and decline rates, reduce chargebacks, and work with anti-fraud and tech teams. Analyze local markets, maintain stable payment flows, and build strong relationships with providers. Office-based role in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Kazan.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience with payment providers (PSP)
• English B1+ and Russian (fluent)
• Willingness to work in the office (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Kazan)

Nice to have

• Experience with Oman or Middle East market
• Knowledge of anti-fraud systems and chargeback reduction methods
