PSP Specialist Jr+/Mid (Oman)

Manage payment providers and processes for the Oman market. Source and integrate new PSPs, negotiate fees and SLAs, monitor transactions, reduce chargebacks, and collaborate with anti-fraud and tech teams. Office-based in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Kazan.

What you'll do

• Manage payment providers and monitor transactions.
• Improve payment processes for the Oman market.
• Search and connect new PSPs, agents, and local payment solutions.
• Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms.
• Support payment integrations.
• Monitor approval and decline rates, reduce chargebacks.
• Work with anti-fraud and tech teams.
• Analyze local markets and maintain stable payment flows.
• Build strong relationships with providers.

What we need

• English B1+ and Russian.
• Experience with PSPs.
• Knowledge of payment solutions.
• Negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in an office in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Kazan.
