Affiliate Manager

A direct advertiser in the Gambling/Betting vertical is looking for an affiliate manager to source and attract affiliates, media buyers and traffic-arbitrage teams, onboard them and support them through scaling. The role involves proactive outreach via arbitrage chats, forums and cold contacts, analyzing affiliate stats and monitoring traffic quality. Remote work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule and a high percentage of net profit.

What you'll do

• Sourcing and attracting affiliates: finding media buyers, teams and solo affiliates via arbitrage chats, forums (Lolz, Search), social media and cold outreach
• Onboarding and setup: helping at launch — selecting converting offers for the affiliate's traffic source, issuing private caps, links and other required materials
• Scaling support: analyzing affiliate stats (EPC, CR, ROI), identifying weak spots, proposing new geos/offers and reviewing terms (raising rates/payouts) as volumes grow
• Retention and base development: ongoing communication, resolving payout issues, building loyalty
• Traffic quality control: initial monitoring of traffic for fraud/incentivized traffic, reconciliation
• Market and trend analysis: tracking funnels, current traffic sources (FB, PPC, ASO, TikTok, SEO) and affiliate requests for further growth

What we need

• 6–12 months of experience as an affiliate manager in traffic arbitrage/affiliate programs (candidates without experience considered individually)
• Understanding of how FB, PPC (Google), ASO, SEO, TikTok, In-App work and knowledge of terminology (ROI, EPC, CR, RS)
• Communication skills and proactivity: ability to source affiliates independently, build long-term relationships and quickly resolve their issues
• Results orientation: understanding that the key metric is spend/volume of traffic delivered and retained profit

• Existing base of contacts among media buyers, solo affiliates or arbitrage teams in the Gambling/Betting vertical
