Telegram Ads Media Buyer

We are looking for an independent media buyer to purchase traffic in the official Telegram Ads cabinet in the crypto/Web3 vertical. Full buying cycle: from collecting targets to scaling and unit-economics reporting. Remote, flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Launch and manage campaigns in Telegram Ads.
• Collect and test targets: channels, topics, keywords, interests, geo.
• Prepare and test creatives within character limits.
• Manage bids and budgets, control spend and CPM.
• Daily metrics collection: CPM, CPC, cost per subscriber, cost per target action.
• Pass moderation, work with platform restrictions.
• Maintain reporting and campaign structure in a clear way for the team.
• Search for new combinations, geos, approaches, and formats.
• Manage tasks and interact with the team (creatives, analytics, product).

What we need

• Practical experience in Telegram Ads for at least 6 months.
• Understanding of auction logic, targeting, and minimal CPM.
• Experience in spending budget with proof via cabinet screenshots.
• Ability to calculate CAC, ROMI, payback, not just 'cheap subscriber'.
• Experience with trackers and bot analytics.
• Understanding of crypto and Web3 context.
• Independence: hypothesis → test → conclusion → scaling.
• Willingness to work with a large number of campaigns and regular tests.

Nice to have

• Experience buying on multiple geos and multilingual combinations.
• Experience with channel seeding and understanding the difference from Telegram Ads.
• Experience with multiple cabinets and resellers.
