Team Lead of Facebook Farming

A product company is looking for a Team Lead of Farming to build and optimize Facebook account farming processes. The role involves managing a team of farmers, testing new approaches (anti-detect, warm-up, proxies), and working with the Facebook source. The company develops its own mobile iOS utility apps with a subscription-based monetization model.

What you'll do

• Building and optimizing account farming processes
• Testing new approaches (anti-detect, warm-up, proxies, etc.)
• Working with the Facebook source
• Managing a team of farmers
• Controlling account quality (survival rate, stability)
• Generating hypotheses and implementing them
• Training the current team and raising their expertise

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead/Head of FB Farming for 1+ year
• Ability to build processes and team workflows
• Experience farming Facebook accounts for in-house/arbitrage teams
• Understanding of arbitrage/in-house infrastructure
