Retention / CRM Manager

Looking for a CRM specialist for an iGaming project to build player retention and reactivation strategies, work with Customer.io at an expert level, and increase LTV. Fully remote work, salary based on interview.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement CRM strategy for player retention and reactivation
• Work with Customer.io: create segments, complex trigger chains, manage profile attributes and events, launch automated campaigns
• Launch and optimize communications via Email, SMS, Web Push, and APK Push
• Create bonus campaigns, retention programs, and reactivation scenarios
• Analyze CRM campaign effectiveness and conduct A/B tests
• Segment players by behavioral, financial, and gaming metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to improve user experience

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as Retention / CRM Manager in iGaming
• Expert knowledge of Customer.io: segmentation, trigger chains, profile attributes, broadcast campaigns, Liquid templates
• Understanding of Customer.io data architecture, including differences between Identify and Track and principles of storing and updating user attributes
• Experience working with Tier-2/Tier-3 GEOs
• Understanding of key CRM metrics: LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate, DAU/MAU, Retention Rate
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on data and analytics

Nice to have

• Experience with markets of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan
• Experience launching APK Push
• Practical experience with online casino bonus mechanics
• Experience building reactivation chains from scratch
• Knowledge of best practices for personalizing CRM communications
