Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager to develop the affiliate direction in online casino iGaming. The role involves finding and managing affiliates, negotiating terms, analyzing metrics, and scaling results. The position is remote, full-time, targeting Canada and LATAM markets.

What you'll do

• Finding, onboarding and managing affiliate partners.
• Developing the partner base and reactivating current/old partners.
• Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Negotiating rates, caps, hold periods, KPIs, payouts and individual terms.
• Traffic quality control: fraud, bot traffic, fake registrations, low-quality FTD, multi-accounting.
• Analyzing metrics: FTD, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, ARPU, retention.
• Working with trackers, postbacks, S2S tracking, affiliate links, UTM.
• Working with traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, Telegram, ASO, In-App, Push, Email, Influencers, media buying.
• Preparing reports on partners, GEOs, sources and performance.
• Interacting with risk/finance/product/retention teams on disputed cases and traffic quality.
• Participating in developing the affiliate program, terms, offers and anti-fraud approach.

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming / casino of at least 4 years.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Ability to attract and develop partners, not just support existing ones.
• Experience working with FTD, ROI, NGR, CR, LTV and traffic quality.
• Understanding of postbacks / S2S / tracking links / UTM.
• Ability to identify fraudulent, incentivized and low-quality traffic.
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners.
• English for communication with international partners.

• Experience working on the side of a direct advertiser or strong affiliate network.
• Experience with Affilka / Keitaro.
• Experience with Canada / LATAM / Bolivia / Ecuador.
• Having own base of partners.
• Experience launching an affiliate direction or GEO from scratch.
• Experience with Tier-1 / LATAM / crypto traffic.
• Experience with anti-fraud, traffic quality control, caps, hold and risk checks.
• Experience attending conferences and networking with partners.
