VIP Retention Manager

A product iGaming company with its own licensed online casino is looking for a VIP Retention Manager to work with the VIP base, develop retention and grow player LTV. Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language and experience specifically with online casino are mandatory. The role is remote, with terms discussed individually.

What you'll do

• Work with the VIP base and build long-term relationships with players
• Develop retention and reactivation mechanics
• Analyze player behavior, deposits, GGR/NGR and activity
• Design personalized offers: cashback, free spins, bonuses and quests
• Communicate with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats and calls
• Handle churn-risk and reactivate inactive VIPs
• Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Fraud and Support teams
• Meet KPIs for retention, reactivation and revenue

What we need

• Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language is mandatory
• 1–2+ years of experience in VIP Retention / VIP Management in iGaming
• Mandatory experience working specifically with online casino
• Experience with a VIP base and retention mechanics
• Understanding of bonus policy and personalized offers
• Experience working with CRM
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience with the Uzbekistan market is a big plus
