HR (Recruiter)

The company is looking for an HR recruiter with 1+ year of experience for remote work. Responsibilities include sourcing and hiring employees, managing job postings, and screening candidates. The offer includes a fixed salary plus a bonus per hired employee.

What you'll do

• Search and recruit employees for various positions in the team
• Post and manage job vacancies on advertising platforms
• Initial screening of candidates, correspondence and calls
• Assess candidates: fit / no fit for the team
• Pass strong candidates to the manager
• Continuous monitoring of the candidate market
• Fast filling of vacancies

What we need

• Experience in personnel selection (HR / recruiter / talent acquisition) from 1 year
• Ability to quickly fill vacancies and work with a large flow of candidates
• Competent communication, ability to 'feel' people and understand who fits the team
• Responsibility, speed, systematic approach
• Ability to work with advertising platforms in Telegram
• Desire to earn and influence the team's results
