Vendor Management Specialist | Tech Support

A FinTech company is looking for a specialist to join the Tech Support team to work with vendors and control resources for technical teams. Fully remote, geo — Ukraine. Experience is not required, training provided.

What you'll do

• Monitor the availability and supply of numbers.
• Interact with vendors.
• Maintain data in Google Sheets and CRM.
• Monitor metrics and promptly resolve emerging issues.

What we need

• Proficient PC and Google Sheets skills.
• Basic Ukrainian is mandatory.
• Russian for internal team communication.
• Located outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine (due to VPN work).

Nice to have

• Python.
• Git.
• Jira.
• Experience with process optimization.
• Experience with AI tools.
