Operator / Lead Generator (B2B / FinTech)

A FinTech company is looking for an operator/lead generator for B2B sales. Fully remote work, 5/2 schedule. The role involves cold and warm calling, client qualification, and passing interested leads to sales managers.

What you'll do

• Cold and warm calling, client qualification, needs discovery.
• Reaching decision makers through gatekeepers, passing interested clients to sales managers.
• Maintaining CRM (Bitrix24), following scripts, and meeting performance targets.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as a call-center operator, clear speech.
• Confident PC and CRM user.
