HRG (HR Generalist)

An international traffic arbitrage team is looking for an HRG to handle recruitment of Media Buyers, Team Leads, and other specialists in arbitrage. The role includes hiring, tracking key recruiting metrics, and improving internal processes. Remote work format, considering candidates from Belarus.

What you'll do

• Recruit specialists for the arbitrage team
• Track key recruiting metrics: closing speed, funnel conversion, candidate quality
• Build and improve internal team processes

What we need

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Understanding of the specifics of hiring Media Buyers, Team Leads, and other specialists in traffic arbitrage
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to work with niche profiles
• High autonomy, responsibility, and leadership qualities
