Support Specialist (Payment Operations)

An international fintech project is looking for a Support Specialist to join the Payment Operations team to ensure stable operation of the payment direction and support daily operational processes. Important: candidates located outside Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

What you'll do

• Support the payout department in daily operational tasks
• Check account statuses and data accuracy
• Work with internal spreadsheets and accounting systems
• Interact with the finance department, accounting, and other teams
• Process internal requests and update information
• Maintain uninterrupted operation of internal processes

What we need

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly and work with large volumes of information
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Self-organization of work process
