Retention Manager

Seeking a Retention Manager for an iGaming project. Develop and launch retention campaigns, player segmentation, performance analysis, A/B testing. Work with metrics MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR. Requires iGaming experience and knowledge of gamification.
What you'll do
- Develop and launch retention campaigns
- Work with player segmentation and behavior analysis
- Calculate promo economics and evaluate activity effectiveness
- Run A/B tests and test hypotheses
- Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR
- Analyze market, competitors, and game mechanics
What we need
- Experience in iGaming
- Experience launching tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics
- Understanding of gamification, progression, rewards, and game motivation cycles
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio or similar tools
