Affiliate Manager (CIS and Turkey)

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to attract and manage partners in CIS and Turkey markets, optimize campaigns, and drive results.

What you'll do

• Attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliates in CIS and Turkey markets
• Manage the affiliate portfolio: negotiate terms, create bonus schemes, motivate
• Track and optimize campaigns by metrics (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU)
• Leverage your own network for fast and measurable results

What we need

• Proven experience in scaling traffic to CIS and Turkey
• Existing partner base in CIS and Turkey
• Expertise in key traffic channels (PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media)
• English B2
